it would'nt paste it da forum.. T__T

hmm… does watching an anime count? XD I watched Grave of the fireflies yesterday… (omg it was sad… )
ok you wanna learn the alphabet? ya thats okey! I think I’ll teach you hiragana,( since I think it’s the easiest XP)
and yea sure you can learn too ash XD
right, okey.
it’s actaully very simple
heres the basic hiragana alphabet
http://www.japanorama.com/images/hiragana.gif
and heres the other part (the hiragana has extra dots and dashes to make the sounds differ slightly. also they sometimes have an additional character on the end to make another sound X3 )
http://www.quietbay.net/Interests/japanese/language/images/hiragana2.gif
here we goo…right Raul.. in japanese there is no "L" sound, so your name would be "Rauuru" okey? and I dunno why but we add a "U" to the end aswell XD
right… try to spell out your name with the charcters.. eg
1. find "RA" and put the symbol for it at the beginning
2. then find "U" and place the symbol for it next to the other one
3. then find "RU" and put it on the end
4. then you have your name in japanese!
as for Ash…
your name would be "ASHU" (once again with a U… XD )
1. so find the symbol for "A" and put it down first
2. then find "TSU" and put the symbol for it down
Then you got your name! XD now it’s got a TSU in it because it’s not a normal japanese name…for instance try and spell out "MIKA" or "SHIHORI" and it’s a lot easier
okey… oh ya in more detail…
the first link is the basic hiragana alphabet; it’s got most of the symbols in it
the second link is the additional hiaragana characters,
the ones with the dot or the two dashes are called the "two-dash and one-circle Hiragana" they are some of the original charcters but just with the dot or dashes on top to make it sound slightly different.
for example: look at the basic charcter for "SA" then find the same charcter but with dashes on top. look at the sounds. "SA" and "ZA" sound almost the same, don’t they!?
and for the additional charcter on some symbols…
These are called "Contracted Hiragana" they once again are the basic hiragana charcters, but this time with another japanese scripture on the end.
heres what they mean:
http://japanese.about.com/blhiraganalesson11.htm
look at the chart.in the first row (going downwards) the symbol on the end means "A"
in the second row, the symbol means "U"
and in the 3rd, it means "O"
the characters before them for example…
in the very first row, (across the top) they all say "KYA KYU KYO" there are "K"s in all of them. look for that first symbol in the basic alphabet and you get "KI" it’s simply for contracted hiragana that the "I" is taken off and replaced with either the A,U or the O.
I think I spoke too much… @__@ and it’s probaly really difficult…but, all the same rules apply for katanana…so I don’t have to teach you that also… XD
print off the hiragana alphabets I gave you and keep them somewhere, then go on google and search "basic katakana table" and then "contracted katakana table" ; print both out and then try to learn both alphabets…#
but hiragana is probaly the more common, so learn that one first
I should shut up now… @__@

THIS IS JUST FOR RAUURU AND ASHU...NO WUN ELSE SHOULD B READIN DIS! >:O
